Petronas Lubricants International will begin operation of a new blending plant in Maharashtra, India in October. The company invested $55 million in the new facility. Sea-Land Chemical Co. will distribute Ulsan, South Korea-based Songwon Industrial Co.s aminic, phenolic, phosphite and thioester antioxidants – used in the industrial lubricants, transportation lubricants and grease market segments – to customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
