Indias Competition Commission recently approved German chemical distribution company Brenntag AGs acquisition of Chennai, India-based petroleum specialty products company Raj Petro Specialities. Shell China signed a cooperation agreement with Xian, China-headquartered compressor producer Shaanxi Blower Group Co., a local newspaper reported. Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd. signed Hardik Pandya, a famous cricket player, as its brand ambassador. Pandya joins cricketer MS Dhoni, who has been the lubricant producers brand ambassador since 2011.
