Shell distributor Vivo Energy Ghana appointed Ben Hassan Ouattara managing director effective Jan. 1.  Azelis will distribute Angus Chemical Co.‘s line of nitroalkanes and their derivatives, which are sold into the metalworking fluids market, in Russia and Belgium.
