Lubricant manufacturer Jiangsu Lopal Tech Co. and United States-based Southwest Research Institute will carry out international exchanges and cooperation through joint research, development, engineering, testing and consulting services, under a strategic alliance agreement signed Jan. 6 at Lopals headquarters in Nanjing, China.
