GP Global agreed to manufacture and market Cepsa-branded lubricants in India. The agreement marks Cepsas first venture into manufacturing its lubricants outside of Spain after the company approved GP Globals Mumbai facility. Patrick McCloud will take over as chief executive and managing director of Chevron Lubricants Lanka PLC effective Sept. 1. He will take over for Kishu Gomes, who resigned from the position in May. Lanxess India appointed Neelanjan Banerjee as its country representative and managing director effective Sept. 1. Banerjee will take on the new task while remaining as head of the Advanced Industrial Intermediates business unit.
