Chinese Blender Expands in Tianjin
Daqing, Heilongjiang-based Lihon Lubricant received approval from the municipal government of Tianjin to build a 100,000 tons per year blending facility. The ¥90 million plant is scheduled to open in June 2017 and will target the domestic market.
Lihon declined to give more details about the project.
Founded in 2005, Lihon has a facility in Daqing, which also has an annual capacity of 100,000 tons. The company produces a variety of motor oils, including a selection of fully synthetic oils, and industrial lubes and greases such as thermal conduction oils, cylinder oils and thread sealing oils that won over clients such as Shandong province-based Juli Concrete.
