Gulf Oil Marine Ltd.in Hong Kong named Singapore-based Peter Cray as Chief Operating Officer following Jack Craig’s retirement this month. Sinopec Corp.and Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co. (XCMG) signed a five-year agreement to expand overseas, with the lubricants manufacturer providing engine oils, hydraulic fluids and other products to the construction group.
