Elena Scaltritti assumed the position of division leader of industrial chemicals for Songwon Industrial Co., which includes its lubricants business. Mumbai-based Tata Motors and Valvoline Cummins Private Ltd. will manufacture and sell co-branded lubricants exclusively for Tata passenger vehicles after the two companies entered into an agreement.
