Shell Acquires Industrial Fluids Manufacturer

Shell Lubricants acquired the assets of American Chemical Technologies Inc., which manufactures and distributes industrial fluids that are based on polyalkylene glycol chemistries, the company announced last week. Terms were not disclosed.

U.S. Auto Sales Expected to Slide in 2020

The National Automobile Dealers Association forecasted sales of 16.8 million new cars and light trucks in the United States for 2020, down slightly from 2019 sales volume.
