July 3, 2019Brenntag announced the acquisition of Tulsa, Oklahoma-based B&M Oil Co., a lubricants distributor which serves its home state. B&M Oil is a bolt on acquisition for J.A.M. Distributing, Brenntag said. Denver, Colorado-based private equity firm Lariat Partners sold its ownership interest in Offen Petroleum, which distributes lubricants throughout Colorado and its 13 surrounding states.
