The AFPM Lubricants Waxes Committee voted to change its name to the AFPM Base Oils & Waxes Committee. The 2016 annual conference in Houston Nov. 10-11 will remain AFPM International Lubricants & Waxes Conference. This will be the last year American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers holds a stand-alone base oil and waxes conference. In 2017, its base oil and waxes sessions will be integrated into its AFPM International Petrochemical Conference slated for March 26-28 in San Antonio.
